1st Touches & Developmental

These programs are designed to introduce the proper volleyball technique for all new athletes while keeping a fun and focused environment. This will help set them up for success moving into our competitive travel teams as they get older.

Fall 2026 Session - Recreation Clinics -

• Registration OPENS Sept. 2nd 2026

• Season Dates: 1x per week November 2nd through December 18th 

  • NO practice over Thanksgiving Break​

• Grades: 1st through 3rd the first 1.5 hours, then 4th through 6th the next 1.5 hours

• Format:

  • 1 session/week per group for 1.5 hours each.  Practice days are TBD until the LPOSD gym use meeting mid October. As soon as we have the space secured we will communicate to all registered athletes. If you are no longer able to participate due to the clinic day/time NIVBC will issue you a refund. (No refunds after the start of clinics). 

    • Cost $65

• Staffing: Head Coach/Director Savanna Scott with parent volunteers to help run drills.

• No uniforms/shirts but NIVBC gear is available for purchase

• Goal: Keep casual, fun, and accessible for young athletes to explore volleyball

• Season Dates: Mid winter 2027

• Grades: 4th through 6th 

• Format: To be announced soon

• Staffing: Head Coach/Director Savanna Scott with support coaching staff

• Cost TBD

• Limited space available for this team season

• Goal: Keep casual, fun, and accessible for young athletes to explore volleyball and begin to compete with surrounding area groups.
